I don't know about you but Wataniya Telecom is advertising like its outside Kuwait. Well that might be an exaggeration but it better than what the other guys are doing, just in my opinion. I am really liking it. 

The good one I have come across recently is on the bridge which goes over the 5th Ring Road and it says, "CALLS CAN WAIT, DON'T CHALLENGE FATE." 

This however in no way changes my idea about Zain being the best carrier in Kuwait.
